Gregory Starbuck Counselling Service is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and complies with the requirements under The Data Protection Act 1998 with regard to processing of personal information in relation to the conduct of my business and my contractual agreements with commissioning organisations.

I am also reviewing my policies and processes in line with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which become effective in the UK from 25 May 2018.
