I seen Greg for around 8 weeks to help me battle my anxiety demons. He has helped me to become the person I always used to be before anxiety hit. He helped me understand exactly what anxiety is and what it does to your mental and physical health, he also helped me to cope a lot better with this in my day to day life. I for one found it hard to accept I was suffering anxiety as I thought I was genuinely ill, but seeing Greg was my first step to getting the help I needed. He is a very calming and understanding person to talk to, I would highly recommend him to anybody, if he can help someone else as much as he’s helped me.

I found Gregory to be and empathic and encouraging Counsellor. I felt he really listened, understood, but also challenged me (but in a good way) and gave me a safe place to talk through my issues. A lovely chap too - I would recommend Gregory to others.

Gregory makes you feel at ease very quickly, and provides a calm atmosphere where you can let out you feelings, without fear of judgement. I wouldn’t have any doubts about recommending Gregory, and have already recommended him to some of my friends.
